Practically Picasso

When Hannah was in Waco a couple of weeks ago, they went to Practically Picasso to let Hannah paint her masterpiece. Little Miss Priss did not want to have ANYTHING to do with dipping her hand in the paint so she could have her hand print on her plate. Apparently Jammy bribed her with everything she could think of and none of it worked. Looks like we have a neat freak on our hands...maybe mommy's rubbing off on her a little too much!! She had a fabulous time anyway and I can't wait to see her work of art!!

Band-aids

So Hannah has discovered band-aids and thinks they are the coolest thing!! Apparently someone fell down at school yesterday and got a band-aid and that's where it all began. When I picked her up from school, she intentionally fell down and got right back up and said, "Mommy, my need a band-aid like Payton!" So, I went along with it and she got a band-aid when we got home. At school, she actually did scrape her knee up when she "fell," but, the band-aid went on the "boo-boo" on her forehead! It was the funniest thing. She literally looked in the mirror so proud of her band-aid for 30 minutes and would not take the thing off!! She couldn't wait to show daddy and did NOT want to take a bath in fear of losing her prized possession...so we had to get a new one after bath time. She "fell" probably 100 times today in hopes of getting a band-aid.

Weekend with Gigi and Grandpop

Gigi and Grandpop came to visit this weekend. We had a great time and the girls loved their time with their grandparents!

I thought this was so funny! Hannh wanted to walk Alice Anne around in her baby's stroller after naptime yesterday. As always, Alice Anne was such a sport and just smiled!

Back to School

Hannah was so excited to go back to school and dance this week and Alice Anne was excited to have her one-on-one time with mommy, too. Spring break was a lot of fun, but it was good to get back into a routine.

Kickball

When we were outside playing yesterday, I asked Hannah if she wanted to play catch. She quickly replied, "No, kickball like daddy!!" Apparently daddy has been teaching Hannah how to play kickball at the park and she was so proud to show me what she's learned. Last night I asked Brett if they had been playing kickball and he proudly asked me if she kicked the ball for me.

Lastnight we had Hannah's favorite...Pizza Night!!! She LOVES piling the toppings on the pizza!

Happy Birthday to Wally!!

Hannah has been very curious lately about Wally's age. I tell her daily that Wally is 2 and that he'll have a birthday soon and he'll be 3. She obviously got tired of hearing that he's almost 3, so today she woke up and said that it was Wally's birthday, sang Happy Birthday to him and wanted to bake him a cake. I went along with it and we made cupcakes for Wally's "birthday." There were plenty of crumbs on the floor for Wally to enjoy!!
